I notice that a lot of your photos appear to be from an elevated position. Do you make it a point to try to get higher vantage points when taking your photos? What is your usual MO for finding a higher position? Balconies? In this photo it looks like you're over the water. Where are you here?

Sandy- Thank you! I hadn't actually noticed that about myself, but you are right, I do have a number of pictures that I've taken from an elevated position. Honestly a lot of that is just that as I am exploring I end up taking pictures from all sorts of places. Whenever a place allows you to go up for a viewpoint I usually do it. You are correct, this picture was taken from over the water. I was actually on the upper deck of the ferry that my sister and I took from St. Marteen to St. Barth and I snapped the photo as we pulled into the harbor.
